Golden Gardens - Seattle

Golden Gardens

Seattle has a very good network of bike trails and lanes. Having a bike just makes your life better.

If you are going to stay in United States for a couple of months as I did, you can buy a cheap bike on Craigslist. This is a free online classified ads that serves an urban area. There you can get cool stuff within hours.

All Night Long - Lisbon

Misericórdia Road

Bairro Alto is a high neighborhood that starts in the top left-hand corner. A few years ago Bairro Alto has started to be known for its nightlife. There are very good restaurants over there.

After dinner you can walk around to explore the area. Then you can grab a drink, take it to the narrow streets and talk with friends.

Later on my choice is Kubo, located just next to the Tagus River.

Alki Beach

In the evening after work I headed to Alki Beach to get shots of Seattle.

Upon arrival I placed my camera in a stable way to shoot. Wow... The picture is spectacular and being there was great!

Have a good night!

Seattle Skyline

Seattle Skyline

This picture was taken in Alki Beach. As you can see the tallest building in Seattle is Columbia Center (on the right). It is also known as the Bank of America Tower. This is the Bank that recently acquired two troubled giants: Countrywide Financial and Merrill Lynch.

The second tallest building in the picture is Washington Mutual (on the left) and it was recently bought by JPMorgan.
