Alvar Aalto

Hugo Alvar Henrik Aalto (1898 - 1976)

Aalto is considered one of the foremost architects of the 20th century.

When Aalto was five the family moved to Jyväskylä, a town that will forever be associated with his name. It was to be his home for the next 24 years and contains more of his buildings than any other place in the world.

He designed 70 buildings for the town and its surroundings, 37 of which were realised.

Sauna!

Almost every finish persons have a sauna at home. Some of them usually stay in the sauna drinking beers. Other ones usually go outside and stay there as long as they feel cold and return again to the sauna several times. This difference of temperatures improves the circulation:)

Cold Beer!

We don't need a fridge. Just put the beer in the snow!
